As a part of our expansion plan and with a goal to contribute significantly to India’s commitment to achieve net zero emission target by 2070, Oswal Infrastructure Limited transformed to Oswal Energies Limited with effect from 01st July 2024 with same spirit, broader vision, and refined path.
Oswal Energies Limited (formerly Oswal Infrastructure Limited) is an Oswal Group Company and was established as a modest manufacturing enterprise in the year 2011-12 with a particular focus on modular skids and process packages based on “Design, Build & Install” concept for different process application catering to major process industries including Oil and Gas (up-stream, mid-stream, and down-stream), Chemicals, Fertilizers etc.
Over the years, Oswal Energies has emerged as a leading Engineering, Procurement and Construction company providing solutions from concept to commissioning primarily in the up-stream and mid-stream segments of the hydrocarbon industry. Oswal Energies has a proven track records of completing challenging and demanding projects, in brownfield and greenfield environment delivering many projects on schedule and meeting high international standards. The majority of Oswal’s projects over the previous decade include Surface Facilities, Oil and Gas Processing facilities, Early Production Facilities, Well hook-up and injection facilities, Cross-country pipeline projects etc.
Our success in EPC domain is backed by our in-house state-of-the-art manufacturing facility which is part of our Heavy Engineering Division. Our manufacturing plant is ASME “U”, “U2”, “R”, “” PP”, “NB” and IBR certified and is regularly supplying equipment and packages to major oil and gas companies in India and around the world including ONGC, IOCL, OIL, MRPL, CPCL, BPCL, GSPC, GAIL Gas, GAIL India, Cairn Oil and Gas, Exxon Mobil, Linde, Air Liquide, Air Products etc.
